Hatha Yoga
with Hannah van der Wal

Hannah practices and teaches a Hatha Vinyasa style of yoga. Hatha yoga is a traditional practice aimed at creating balance within the body and mind. Hannah integrates her Asana (yoga postures) practice with pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.

She has been practicing yoga for 8 years and explores how we can integrate the ancient teachings of yoga holistically within our modern day lives.

Monday and Wednesday - General class
6pm - 7:15pm at ACCOMPLICE. $15 per class. 

Starting 5th of June 2017.

Tuesday - Mums and bubs class
10am - 11am at ACCOMPLICE. $10 per class.
