Britt Guy

Creative Director

Britt Guy is a producer, curator, community arts and youth worker with a track record of working across agencies both nationally and internationally. Her experience includes roles within not-for- profit organisations, festivals and events and local government. Within this she has established and built programs and festivals investing in the work and development of artists and their creative practices while creating high quality creative community programming.


Ben Graetz

Artistic Director,
Arafura Games Celebrations

Ben Graetz is a local Darwin man descendant of the Iwaidja and Malak Malak Clans. He has an extensive career in the entertainment industry and has worked on major events including the Sydney 2000 Olympics Opening Ceremony and nationally in theatre and film. Ben is passionate about creating new and exciting theatrical experiences.


Tara Hobbs

Creative Producer,
Arafura Games Celebrations

Tara Hobbs is a committed, energetic and passionate creative producer. Her significant producing experience includes the Queensland Music Festival, Brisbane Festival, Adelaide Fringe, Out of the Box Festival, This Is Not Art, and most recently for the Ceremonies team of the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games producing the celebrations sound track.


Cj Fraser-Bell


Cj Fraser-Bell is a queer artist and producer working across theatre, visual art, and multi art-form performance practice in Darwin. Cj is the retiring Director of the Darwin Fringe Festival and has worked in the creation, production and management of arts projects for close to a decade. Cj's creative practice is collaborative, cross-disciplinary and creates opportunities for experimentation.
