Spend the day with Mikey from the infamous Picklehead and the Shank Brothers BBQ learning the tricks for the ultimate Pickle.
Spend the afternoon exploring charcoal BBQ secrets including learning about BBQ vs Smokers, fuels, seasonings and cooking methods. With three BBQs on the go you will get to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a beer.
Includes a BBQ dinner and drinks at the end of the workshop.
The Shank Brothers are a Brisbane based BBQ collective made up of passionate blokes who love to cook low and slow over a few cold beers. Co-founders Mike and Ralph’s core focus revolves around learning the craft of how to cook great BBQ, sharing ideas, techniques and building new friendships.
When in competition mode, the boys try and find the balance between producing great results and enjoying the social side of simply hanging with likeminded guys and gals.
