Flavour maestro at Lucky Bat Cafe, Danny Crichton is a bit of a drinks whizz. Bottling and fermenting and reducing are some of his favourite tricks.

In this afternoon workshop participants will learn how to make their own syrups and tonic for drinks and cocktails. Learn about flavours and techniques that are sure to impress your guests and your taste buds and bring your drinks game to the next level.

Whether it's homegrown cordial for the kids, or boutique tonic syrup for the adults - don't miss your chance to make beverage magic.

Danny Crichton is a cooker, drinker and flavour maker with a passion for local, quality ingredients and produce. He firmly believes you can do it at home, and it can be incredible. Danny is one half of Lucky Bat Cafe and Pizzeria, Est 2016 in Nightcliff, and you can regularly see him lovingly drizzling olive oil over something-or-other in their delicious kitchen.
